Where I contribute
Trainer / Educator
Sudanese ICT Professionals Association in Qatar (SIPAQ)

Co-lead of the IEEE Sudan Subsection, supporting engineering students and professionals with technical talks, mentoring and professional-development activities.
Trainer
Microsoft Community Sudan
Delivered Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration training (the MS-100/MS-101 track, now MS-102) for the Microsoft community in Sudan, helping IT professionals move into modern workplace roles.
Microsoft Certified Trainer & MIEE
Microsoft
As an MCT and Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert I run customer workshops and community courses on Intune, Configuration Manager co-management, Microsoft Entra ID and cloud adoption.
Community training
Training I deliver for the community
Free or community-run Microsoft training — separate from paid customer workshops.
For user groups, conferences, community meetups and customer teams — in person in Cairo or online, in English or Arabic. Each session can be adjusted to your audience and time slot.
Most Autopilot failures look identical from the user's chair: a spinning Enrollment Status Page or a cryptic 0x8018 code. This session works backwards from the symptoms you actually see to the handful of root causes behind them — ESP tracking, enrollment restrictions, stale device records and identity — and shows the exact logs and registry keys that tell you which one you have.

Win32 apps that install but never report success
Packaging is the easy part. This talk follows a Win32 app through the Intune Management Extension — download, install, detection — and explains why 'installed but not detected' (0x87D1041C) is the most common app failure, how 32-bit and 64-bit paths and user versus system context break detection rules, and how to test rules exactly the way the IME runs them.

Conditional Access without locking everyone out
A practical rollout plan for the Conditional Access policies every tenant should have — MFA for everyone, blocking legacy authentication, requiring compliant devices — using report-only mode, the What If tool, pilot groups and emergency-access accounts. We finish with the sign-in log clues (AADSTS53000, 53003, 50076) that explain blocks after enforcement.

Defender for Endpoint and Intune: better together
How Intune and Defender for Endpoint share device identity, compliance signals and security policy — and what breaks when they disagree. Covers onboarding with Intune, devices that show 'Inactive', security settings management for devices Intune doesn't manage, and a safe audit-first rollout of attack surface reduction rules.

Email that arrives: SPF, DKIM, DMARC and message trace
Why legitimate mail from your Microsoft 365 tenant lands in junk — or never arrives — and how to fix it for good. A hands-on walk through SPF, DKIM and DMARC for a custom domain, then message trace and the NDRs (5.4.1, 5.7.520, 5.7.57) that explain most 'email never arrived' tickets.

Hands-on Intune workshop: from blank tenant to managed device
A guided lab for teams adopting Intune. Participants configure enrollment, build compliance and Conditional Access policies, deploy a Win32 app, configure update rings and BitLocker, enrol a Windows device with Autopilot and troubleshoot it with the real logs. Tailored to the audience: new Intune admins, Configuration Manager teams moving to co-management, or security teams.

A running record of community work
Experienced community leaders recommend keeping a running, public record of contributions — it's also what the Microsoft MVP programme asks nominees to provide. Periods are shown by year; the log is updated as new sessions, articles and activities are added.
